Burnt Images only follows the progress of the game and not the individual player.  Due to the game being progressive and the amount of time your player is in the game burnt images takes no responsibility for the number of images in your gallery or the time your player is in the game. Burnt-images may not have any photos of your player and you may be intitled to a refund. Burnt-images will not take requests for images to add to your personal gallery. Again, it follows the progression of the game only and not the individual player. If your player is in the main gallery burnt-images will add them to your private gallery.Burnt-images are not responsible for lost or stolen items that were in your personal gallery.
